Recommendation
Use five neighbourhoods in one small, walkable fair. Prototype five games per neighbourhood, then choose two per theme after playtesting. Make progress visible through a local passport. The final ten stations should reward different abilities, from a quick puzzle to a shared challenge.
The planning document prioritises fun, craft, customer celebration and results that make people feel skilled. These are original game proposals; the linked games and screenshots are mechanic references, not pictures of games we have already built. Scores are editorial judgments, not user-test results.
How the shortlist was chosen
Fun 25%, customer celebration 20%, shareable achievement 15%, craft potential 15%, prototype feasibility 15%, accessibility 10%. Each is rated 1–5. We also considered portfolio variety: the shortlist is intentionally not a simple sort of numerical scores. The first three picks per theme go to Codex, the next two to Claude.
Prototypes use fictional businesses and local play. Remote multiplayer, customer permissions and public hosting need separate implementation and review. A local two-player prototype is explicitly labelled as such. Capture gaps and source limitations are shown beside each reference.
