Sound Garden

Plant six musical plants around a ring of sixteen beats, then shape what they play until the garden blooms.

Every rhythm shows as a pulse you can see, so you can play with sound off.

    How to grow a garden

The sun walks around sixteen beats. On each beat, every plant with a note on that beat sounds and pulses, whether sound is on or off.

    1. Call and response. Plant two voices. One sings at least three notes in beats 1–8 and rests in 9–16. The other waits, then copies that rhythm in 9–16.
    2. A silent beat. Add two pulse plants. Leave exactly one beat where nothing plays, with at least two plants on each side of it.
    3. A rising finish. Add your last two plants. The highest note on beats 13, 14, 15 and 16 must climb every beat.

Earlier prompts must keep holding. If one wilts, fix it before the next can grow. When every check is true, press Grow and watch one full lap.

    Dew

You have 30 drops of dew. Adding or removing a note costs one drop. Turning a whole bed, changing a note's height and undoing are free. Spare dew is worth points. If dew runs out you can call rain for 8 more drops, which costs 60 points.

    Reading notes without sound

Melody notes are numbered 1 (lowest) to 7 (highest) across all plants. On the wheel, higher notes sit further from the sun. Pulse plants have no height.
